Our Machines

It all begins with an idea of what you want and need. Each Dragon’s Flight PPC is built to maximize safety and to accommodate it’s particular pilot. Color, seat style and instrument panel have a lot to do with Pilot preference and comfort. Tire size & power needs are based on the weight and size of Pilot. I use 60/61 Aircraft Aluminum tubing in all my builds to comply with 103 Weight Regs. This keeps the weight down and still provides maximum strength. All the bolts are N grade 8 with locking nuts.  I prefer using Rotax 503 reconditioned motors which have been proven to be airworthy with great longevity. Rotax 503 parts are readily available, moderately priced, and an excellent motor for putting the power behind a PPC.
