Hi, I'm Frank.

I’m the creator of Dragon’s Flight PPCs. My passion is flying. For as long as I remember, from flying 1 line kites as a boy to powered parachutes, I have loved the freedom that comes with flight. I didn’t get in to flying PPCs until my late 40’s - and I have enjoyed every moment since! I have found that the best way to share my passion is to get people up in the air. I can best do that by building safe and affordable PPC's so that I can share the thrill of flight with others. There is an amazing community out there of PPC pilots worldwide who feel just as passionate about the sport as I do.
